📚 Interested in Dual Enrollment for Spring 2027?
BHS will be hosting Dual Enrollment Information Sessions for students who are NEW to Dual Enrollment with both ABAC and Southern Regional Technical College (SRTC)! Students and a parent/guardian should attend ONE session for the college they are interested in attending. During the meeting, we’ll help you get started with the college application and Dual Enrollment funding process, so be sure to bring the items listed on the flyer. Current Dual Enrollment students ARE NOT required to attend.

💜💛 BHS HOMECOMING DANCE 2026 💛💜
Bainbridge High School’s 2026 Homecoming Dance will be held Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 8:00–11:00 PM! 🎉 Tickets are $15 per person and are non-refundable. Online ticket sales are open NOW through October 5 at midnight through the school store. Students who would rather pay with cash may purchase tickets in the cafeteria on October 1 and October 2 ONLY. Please remember that tickets CANNOT be transferred to another student.
Only BHS students and their approved dates are allowed to attend the dance. Any student bringing a date who does not attend BHS must have that guest approved before a ticket can be purchased for them. Non-BHS guests must be at least 14 years old and in the 9th grade or above, cannot be 21 years old or older, and cannot attend an alternative school (such as NBLC) for disciplinary reasons.
📝 NON-BHS DATE APPROVAL: Applications for non-BHS dates may be picked up in the cafeteria. The completed application must include the required signatures and a copy of the guest’s ID. ALL non-BHS date paperwork must be completed and turned in to Mrs. Miller in the front office by October 2. Tickets cannot be purchased for a non-BHS date until the guest has been approved. If a date is not approved, the BHS student will be notified in person.

BHS BAND set to compete at Phenix City Marching Invitational:
Our BHS Marching is set to compete at the Phenix City Marching Invitational on September 26th in Phenix City, Alabama near Columbus. Our Band students have been working extremely hard all season long preparing for Friday night performances and for this contest! We would love to see a big crowd there supporting our hard working students! Lets show these other schools how we travel, support, and do things the BEARCAT WAY!!

Coffee, loaded teas, happy staff, and students hard at work! The student-run drink delivery program, Bearcat Brew, is officially back in action! BHS self-contained students were busy taking orders, preparing specialty drinks, and hand-delivering a little pick-me-up to staff last Friday. The students were so excited to be back serving up smiles, sips, and lots of real-world work
AP Lit students compete against each other while reviewing for their literary terms test.
The Bearcat Swim Team is having a parent information meeting Sept. 24 at 5:45 pm in the BHS Cafeteria. You must have a physical in order to swim.

Weekly Bearcat Athletic Calendar
Some Anchor members volunteered at the River South Music and Arts Festival this weekend.
Anchor members joined T & S Foundation to distribute 150 meals, 50 clothing bags, 50 blessing bags and 2 birthday boxes to members of the community.
Huge thank you to Franklin's Spring Creek Ford for generously donating a truck for our BHS Band to use to safely get our equipment and uniforms to Columbus on Thursday! Your support of our students, and school system is much appreciated! We look forward to our continued partnership together!

We honor the first responders who ran toward danger, the service members who answered the call, and the everyday Americans who came together in the face of tragedy.
May we continue to carry forward the spirit of unity that reminds us we are stronger together.
We will never forget.
